Managing your account Paul (BPM Music Customer Service Team) May 05, 2023 00:17 Follow Your BPM Supreme account offers features to help make managing your account much easier than before.When you are logged in to the record pool dashboard, you will see your name/profile on the upper-right corner of the toolbar. Click to see drop-down options: Adding or changing personal information (Name, Email, Username, etc.):In the "Account" section, you will find: First and Last Name Email Phone Number Username DJ Type Birthdate Company Change Password (read here for more information) Device Management (read here for more information) If you wish to edit or revise any of these options simply click any of the sections you want to update. After you added your information, click Save Changes. Uploading a profile picture:The ideal dimensions for your profile picture are 200x200. Please ensure that your profile picture does not exceed 2000kb (2mb) when you are uploading. Reviewing your membership information:The "Plans" menu option allows you to see key account information. You will be able to view: Membership type Status Renewal date Available plans For more information on updating your membership plans, click here.Viewing payment history:The "Payment" section shows your current payment details as well as your billing address and a history of payments made to your account with invoices provided.
