If you’re having trouble logging into the BPM Supreme mobile app, please make sure you are using the latest version as well as your phone's latest operating system.
If you are still having trouble logging into the app, click here to reset your password in the Profile page in the desktop version of the site. From there, you can reset your password and use your new password to login to the BPM Supreme mobile app.
If you are still having trouble logging into the BPM Supreme mobile app after changing your password and updating the app and your phone, please contact us and provide the following information:
- Email, username or user ID associated with the account
- Description of issue
- Main device(s) to access the BPM app (Ex: iPhone 14)
- Operating System (Ex: iOS 16.0.3)
- Please attach any screenshots of issue/bug
