If you're still unable to purchase/upgrade a membership with BPM due to an error, please submit a contact form or send an email to email@example.com with the following info so that we can further assist:
- Exact name on the account
- Email, username or user ID associated with the account
- The last 4 digits of the credit card used
- If you paid with PayPal, PayPal email
