If you're unable to purchase/upgrade a membership

If you're unable to purchase a membership, please make sure your payment info is up-to-date. If you're a new user, make sure that you have submitted your questionnaire/membership request for approval beforehand. More info on our questionnaire/membership request can be found here.

Another reason might be that your payment method might not be accepted. 

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, as well as payment via PayPal for users outside of the United States. 

If you're still unable to purchase/upgrade a membership with BPM due to an error, please submit a contact form or send an email to supreme@bpmmusic.io with the following info so that we can further assist:

  • Exact name on the account
  • Email, username or user ID associated with the account
  • The last 4 digits of the credit card used
  • Or if you paid with PayPal, PayPal email
