Pausing Your Subscription

Temporarily pausing your subscription is a great option if you know you won’t be needing your subscription for a little while (if you’re taking a pause from playing gigs, traveling, or just need to cut down on expenses, we get it.). When you pause your subscription, it takes effect on the first day of your next billing cycle, and you will not be charged while the pause is in effect.


To pause your BPM Supreme subscription:


1. Navigate to your account page using the account dropdown in the top right corner



2. Select ‘Cancel’ from the ‘Your Plan’ module



3. Select ‘Pause Subscription’ on the following page, select the duration you want the pause to take effect for and confirm your pause.



Pauses can last for 1 or 2 months. Your pause will take effect on the first day of your next billing cycle, and will automatically resume 1 or 2 months after, depending on which duration you selected. You will also be notified 7 days prior to your subscription resuming. However, you can resume your subscription at any time from the ‘Your Plan’ module in your account settings. While your subscription is in pause, we will retain all your saved content, download history, and preferences.
