Receiving Gift Cards on BPM Supreme

If you’ve received a BPM Supreme gift card, here’s everything you need to know about redeeming your credit, applying it to your subscription, and how gift card balance works on your account.

Gift cards are purchased for a dollar amount, then redeemed as credit stored in your BPM Music account. This credit can be used toward any BPM Supreme subscription.

 

How to Redeem a BPM Supreme Gift Card

  1. Open the Gift Email
    When someone sends you a gift card, you’ll receive an email with a link to redeem your code.
    1. Your code will be pre-filled if you use the link from the email.
  2. Go to the Redemption Page
    Visit https://app.bpmsupreme.com/d/account/gifts/redeem. You’ll need to sign in.
    1. If you don’t have a BPM Music account yet, you’ll be prompted to create one first.
  3. Apply Your Code
    1. Click Apply to preview your gift card balance.
    2. Click Apply Gift Card to finalize the redemption and add the credit to your account.
  4. Choose a Subscription Plan
    Once your credit is applied, go to your account to select the plan you want.
  5. Checkout
    1. If your gift card credit covers the full price, you can complete checkout without entering a payment method.
    2. If the credit does not cover the full price, you’ll be asked to enter a payment method to cover the remaining amount.
    3. Important: 
      1. The Pay Now price includes all payment methods being applied, including gift card credit.
      2. Gift card credit is always used first, before any saved payment method.
  6. View Your Updated Balance
    1. After checkout, your account overview will show your remaining gift card credit.
    2. Due to caching, this may take a few minutes to update.

 

FAQ

  1. Do I need a payment method to redeem a gift card?
    No. You only need a payment method if the plan you choose costs more than your gift card balance.
  2. What if my gift card covers more than the plan price?
    Your remaining credit stays in your account and is automatically applied to future billing cycles.
  3. Can I redeem a gift card if I’m already an active subscriber?
    Yes. Your gift card credit will apply to your next renewal(s) until it’s exhausted.
  4. Where can I see my remaining balance?
    Your balance appears on your Account Overview page. If you just made a purchase, it may take a few minutes to refresh.
  5. Can I use credit on any BPM Supreme library?
    Yes. Credit works across all BPM Supreme plans and libraries, including Latino+Global and All-Access. However, please note that BPM Supreme gift cards do not work for BPM Create standalone subscriptions.
  6. Do gift cards expire?
    Gift cards must be redeemed within 12 months of their original purchase date.
  7. What if I didn’t receive my gift email?
    Check spam or promotions folders. If you still don’t see it, contact info@bpmsupreme.com with:
    1. Your email address
    2. The gift sender’s name (if known)
  8. Can I redeem multiple gift cards?
    Yes. You can redeem additional gift cards at any time. All credit accumulates in the same balance
  9. What happens if the gift sender disputes or reverses the purchase?
    If a sender issues a chargeback after you’ve redeemed the gift:
    1. The gift credit is removed from your account.
    2. Any subscription time paid with that credit may be cancelled at the next billing cycle unless you add a payment method.
    3. You are not charged retroactively.
