Sending Gift Cards on BPM Supreme

You can now send BPM Supreme gift cards to friends, family, and the DJs in your life. Gift cards are purchased for preselected or custom amounts and can be redeemed toward any BPM Supreme plan.

This article walks you through buying a gift card, how recipients redeem it, and answers to common questions.

 

How to Purchase a BPM Supreme Gift Card

  1. Go to the Gift Card Page
    Visit https://app.bpmsupreme.com/d/account/gifts?library=main 
  2. Log in or create a BPM Music account before checkout so we can send receipts and track your order.
  3. Choose an Amount
    Select one of our suggested amounts, designed to match our most popular plans, or enter your own custom amount. Minimum purchase is $35.
  4. Enter Recipient Details
    Provide:
    1. Your name
    2. Recipient’s email
    3. Delivery date and time (Up to 30 Days in Advance)
  5. Checkout
    Complete your payment. Once your order is processed:
    1. You will see an option to download your receipt.
    2. A confirmation email is sent to the email on your account.
    3. If you scheduled the delivery, you’ll receive another confirmation when the gift card is delivered.

 

How Gift Card Redemption Works

  1. Recipient Receives Their Gift Email
    The gift email includes:
    1. Your sender details
    2. Their gift card amount
    3. A link to redeem the credit to their BPM Music account
  2. Applying Credit to Their Account
    1. If the recipient already has an active subscription, the credit applies automatically to future billing cycles until exhausted.
    2. If they do not have an account, they can create one and apply the credit after signup and before choosing a plan.

If the gift balance is higher than the cost of their first purchase, they won’t need to add a payment method. They will only need one when the credit no longer covers future charges.

 

FAQ

  1. Does the recipient need to enter a payment method?
    Not unless their gift card credit cannot cover a future renewal. As long as the gift card balance is enough for their next payment, no payment method is required. When the balance can no longer cover the charge, their subscription will cancel unless they add a payment method.
     
  2. Do I need a BPM Music account to purchase a gift card?
    Yes. An account is required to generate receipts, manage orders, and provide support.
     
  3. Do gift cards expire?
    Gift cards must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase.
     
  4. What if I typed the wrong email for the recipient?
    We require you to enter your recipient email twice to verify you have entered the correct email address, but if something goes wrong, Please contact info@bpmsupreme.com as soon as possible. Provide:
    1. Your order number, or
    2. The email associated with your BPM Music account so we can assist quickly.
       
  5. Can I schedule the gift card to be delivered later?
    Yes. You can choose any delivery date and time within the next 30 days.
     
  6. Can I send multiple gift cards?
    Yes. Each gift card is purchased as a separate transaction so sender and recipient details remain accurate.
     
  7. Can a gift card be used across different BPM Supreme libraries?
    Yes. The credit applies to any BPM Supreme plan or library, including Premium, All-Access, Open Format, and Latino+Global.

What happens if the recipient already has a subscription?
Their gift credit applies to their next billing cycle and continues until the balance is used
