What is the legal use of the music provided on the platform?

BPM Supreme is licensed to distribute audio content to DJs on our platforms. However (with the exception of our royalty-free tracks from our BPM Originals category and our royalty-free samples from BPM Create), it is up to the user to clear licenses, depending on how mainstream songs from our library are being used.

For example, if you play on the radio, they may already have the license for you to play mainstream hits on air. If you are playing at a venue, the venue is most likely paying the performance licenses. If you use hit songs from our library for a DJ livestream on platforms such as YouTube or Twitch, you must still adhere to the copyright rules of the platform you’re streaming on.

Please check with your local laws and/or your venue if you are unsure how to use music in a certain way.
