How the introductory promotion works

The $9.99 offer is a one-time introductory rate that only applies to new users for either an Open-Format or Latino membership. The cost will be applied to the first month. After the first month is over, you will be charged for the chosen membership (Standard $19.99/Premium $29.99) at the normal rate each month going forward. 

The $19.99 offer is also our introductory rate for new users who wish to subscribe to an Open Format + Latino membership. The cost will only be applied to the first month. After the first month, you will be charged the normal rate for the chosen membership (Standard Open Format + Latino $39.98/Premium Open Format + Latino $59.98).

Note that during initial sign-up, should users select the Standard subscription and then want to upgrade to Premium, there will be an upgrade fee of $10 (or $20 for upgrading from a Standard Open Format + Latino membership to a Premium Open Format + Latino membership). If you wish to take advantage of the $9.99 introductory rate, make sure go to your Plans page to know the difference of the memberships before choosing the one that best fits your needs.
