What music is uploaded on the DVDs?
Our audio and video departments manually handpick content uploaded to the site from the previous month.
How much data does each DVD have?
Each DVD is at 8.55 GB approx. Our audio and video departments manually curate the best quality content on the DVDs.
When do you ship the DVDs?
All DVD packages are shipped by the 5th of each month. If you signed up between the 5th and the 16th please contact us to request the current month’s shipment.
What can I do if my DVDs arrive scratched or broken?
If you received a damaged disc please contact us.
What can I do if I still have not received my DVD package this month?
All DVD packages are shipped by the 5th of each month. If you still have not received your DVD package by the 15th of the month, please contact us so that we can track your package.
How do I update my address?
In the record pool dashboard:
>>Click My Account
>>Click on Shipping Address
>>Click Save Address
I signed up after the shipment date, what can I do to receive my DVDs?
If you signed up before the 15th of the month, please contact us. If you signed up after the 15th of the month, you will receive DVDs starting the next month.
I currently am a standard member, how I receive DVDs?
In order to to receive DVDs, you would need to upgrade your membership to the Premium plan.
Can I purchase extra DVDs?
Monthly DVD packages can be purchased for $10 each, plus $3.95 for S&H. We pre-made DVDs for purchase but do no burn customized DVDs. Please contact us for availability of our inventory.
