Resetting your browser cache

If you are having technical issues such as slow downloads or crate issues with your BPM Supreme account, it might be resolved by clearing your cache. Follow the steps below to reset your browser cache.

Chrome users:

**Clearing your cache history will erase all browsing history. Save any passwords and webpages before continuing.**

  1. Click 'History' in your upper toolbar
  2. Go down to the very last option on the menu and click 'Show Full History'
  3. Select 'Clear browsing data'
  4. Scroll down to ‘Privacy’ and select ‘Clear browsing data’
  5. Check the boxes labeled 'Browsing history' and 'Cached images and files' and select 'Clear browsing data'
  6. Click Chrome in your upper toolbar and select 'Quit Google Chrome'

Firefox users:

**Clearing your cache and history will erase all browsing history. Save any passwords and webpages before continuing.**

  1. Click 'History' in your upper toolbar and select ‘Clear Recent History’
  2. Check the boxes labeled 'Cache' and 'Browsing & Download History' and select ‘Clear Now’
  3. Click Firefox in your upper toolbar and select 'Quit Firefox'

Safari users:

**Clearing your cache and history will erase all browsing history. Save any passwords and webpages before continuing.**

  1. Click 'History' in your upper toolbar
  2. Go down to the very last option on the menu and click ‘Clear History’
  3. Select 'all history' in the drop-down menu and click ‘Clear History’
  4. Click 'Safari' in your upper toolbar and select 'Quit Safari'
