No Refund Over 90 days
If you have seen double charges on your account, this could be due to issues with renewing an expired account or technical issues upon registering. Double charges can happen when customers renew their accounts without canceling their initial payment; this creates another profile and is separately charged. Please remember that if you renew your account with new credit card information, you have to log back into the site and cancel your first created account.
If you do notice that there are multiple charges for the same month, please contact us so we can investigate your account.
BPM Supreme can not issue any refunds past 90 days. Any double charges exceeding our 90-day policy will be subject to receive credit on your BPM Supreme account based on the confirmed double charges.
Unfortunately, the payment history is not always accurate so BPM recommends cross-referencing your BPM Supreme history with your bank statement to confirm you have been double billed. Once confirmed please contact us as soon as possible.
